Naw Raj Bhatt – From Security to Operations Manager!

Starting his journey as a teacher in Nepal, Naw Raj Bhatt (or simply Naw Raj to us) made a bold career shift, moving to Dubai during the pandemic. After four years as our Security Supervisor, we’re thrilled to welcome him full-time into the team as our Operations Manager! 

Thanks to The Agenda’s CPD program, Naw Raj has grown from overseeing security to managing day-to-day operations and event planning—including CAD drawings and seating layouts for our clients. His dedication and growth inspire us, and we’re incredibly proud of his journey.His success not only strengthens our team but also helps him support his wife and daughter back home in Nepal. 

With a passion for learning, leadership, and operational excellence, Naw Raj is ready to take The Agenda to new heights.!
